Residents of Albuquerque have known their city to be a hub of arts and creativity. New Mexico in general attracts artists of all mediums, from all corners of the globe, to come and soak in the mystical forces of the four elements.

With a nod to New Mexico’s inaugural Fashion Week, the Rail Yards Market is inviting you to come on down and display your finest “Burque Style.” Come dressed to impress and we will feature your photos on the Rail Yards Market website for all of the world to see how we represent ‘estilo‘ in Nuevo Mexico.

The Rail Yards Market provides the Albuquerque community the chance to be exposed to local entertainers, artists, educators, growers, food vendors and everyday folks exhibiting their “Burque Style.” This Sunday we have:

Friends of the Orphan Signs restores “orphaned signs” of the abandoned motels of eastern-Central Avenue, left behind from a time gone by and “navigates this territory with a commitment to keep open the possibility for a non-commercial, stylistically hybrid, and changing voice of collective origin. We want to inject mystery, humor and surprise into the visual landscape of Albuquerque’s roads, and we invite all to participate.”
